Reza Behnam

Co-Creator, Chief Architect

Reza is the leading force behind Fractional First. His experience as a serial entrepreneur, investor and, subsequently, fractional leader exposed him to the inefficiencies and frustrations of the current state of executive placement. Never satisfied with the status quo, Reza took it upon himself to roll up his sleeves and delve into further understanding the challenges and opportunities to address this space.

Reza’s 30 years of varied experience across management consulting, data sciences, corporate leadership, investing and venture building lends a holistic perspective to this space. Over the last decade, Reza has augmented his functional experience and analytical roots by developing a keen interest in leadership growth, a journey that Reza believes begins with a deep understanding and acknowledgment of the self, including attributes such as core values, innate strengths, connection and authenticity.

Sam Randall

Co-Creator, Talent & Search Lead

Sam is a veteran of the recruitment and executive search space. His focus has been on leadership talent for growth-stage, technology companies. Sam has delivered complex leadership mandates across APAC, MENA and Europe.

Sam is currently a mentor-partner for several VCs and Accelerators and has a growing angel investment portfolio. His experience as a co-founder of a successful B2B SaaS company in Singapore allows him to connect to other entrepreneur-operators.

Today, Sam lives in Dubai where he’s actively involved in assisting the startup ecosystem with various leadership talent services, including fractional hiring.

Daniel Sit

Co-Creator, UX/UI Creative Lead

As UX/UI Creative Lead for Fractional First, Daniel is known for his ability to understand user needs and craft design solutions that resonate. Originally trained in industrial and product design in Japan, he has evolved into a multifaceted UX designer and researcher, integrating foundational design principles with modern user experience practices.

Daniel has worked with global enterprise teams on incubators and design sprints, blending user research, design, and usability to develop innovative products through iterative design. His unconventional career path includes two years as a digital nomad, working from unique “offices” across Europe and the Middle East. Daniel thrives in cross-cultural projects, consistently offering fresh perspectives that prove creativity knows no borders.
