1.1 These Terms of Service, including its Schedule 1 (Privacy Policy) and Schedule 2 (Cookie Policy) (Agreement) are entered between Fractional First, an unincorporated unit and division of Digital.Direction Singapore Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 200710712W) (Company) and you. Your use of https://www.fractionalfirst.com, or any of its affiliated or successor sites (Site), including any of the products or services used, purchased or assessed on the Site (Services), or other dealing with us is deemed your acceptance of this Agreement. We, us, our or similar pronoun refer to the Company. You, your, or similar pronoun, or User refer to any individual or entity who is deemed to accept this Agreement by using or assessing the Site or any of its Services, or otherwise deals with us. Including in all is grammatical forms are construed without limitation.
1.2 We may from time to time amend this Agreement. Except amendments affecting fees and charges, all amendments are effective immediately upon publication on this Site. You are deemed to have accepted all amendments if you continue to use this Site or any of the Services after the amendments. We may transfer, assign and novate these Terms of Service to an incorporated legal entity with the name "Fractional First" or a similar name that is majority owned, managed and controlled by the same founder as the Company.
1.3 This Site and the Services are available only to Users who have the capacity to contract under applicable laws. By using this Site or the Services, you warrant that you (a) have the capacity to contract under applicable laws, and (b) are not barred from purchasing or receiving the Services under applicable laws. If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of any corporate entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the corporate entity to this Agreement.
1.4 The Company may terminate your use and access to the Site and the Services, for any reason (including your breach of this Agreement) or for convenience without any reason, immediately upon notice.

2. No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
3. Compliance with Local Laws. Company makes no representation or warranty that the content available on this Site or Services are appropriate in every country or jurisdiction, and access to this Site or the Services from countries or jurisdictions where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users who choose to access this Site are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules and regulations.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by Singapore laws, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
5. Severability. Each provision in this Agreement shall be construed for all purposes to be a separate and independent provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision (or part of a provision) of this Agreement to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions (or part of provisions) of this Agreement shall be unaffected and continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Schedule 1 - Privacy Policy
Your personal data is important to us, so we created the following privacy policy to let you know what personal data we collect about you, why we collect it and how we use it.
1. Personal Data We Collect
a) We collect your personal data, including CVs, leadership assessments, personality tests results) that is necessary for the Services.
b) Account Signup. When you create the account, we ask you to provide the signup information, such as email, name and business contact information.
c) Communications, Chats, Messaging. When you communicate with us, we collect information about your communication and any information You choose to provide or disclose. In order to answer your request, we may access information provided by email, chats and purchase history.
d) Login information. We collect login information if you are logging to our account with authentication data.
e) Other Personal data. We may collect other personal data provided by you from surveys, feedback or purchase history, including data about your education, Service usage, occupation, date of birth and other similar personal data.
2. Personal Data We Collect Automatically
a) When you use our Site or contact us directly we may collect your personal data about the way you act in our Site, the services You use and how you use them.

a) Entities and businesses purchasing fractional services under the Services;
b) Payment services providers, cryptocurrency providers or digital wallet facilities , for billing and payment; and

in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purposes of meeting national security and law enforcement requirements;

b) rectify inaccurate personal data about you. You can correct, update or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us;
c) object to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal of your consent; and
d) erase any of your personal data. You may demand erasure of your personal data without undue delay for legitimate reasons, e.g. where data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, or where the data has been unlawfully processed.

Schedule 2 - Cookie Policy
1. What Is A Cookie?
