Daniel’s pass: We act as your Talent Agent — advocating for your expertise, guiding your rate, and handling all contracting, invoicing, and business development. You operate as an independent contractor (1099 contractor in the US). In return for eliminating most non-billable work and ensuring reliable payment, we take a 20–30% agent fee so you can focus on high-impact, billable leadership and increase your effective rate.
